Noughty Reality is our own spatial capture platform. Its first solution, Tours, turns one iPhone walk-through into a LiDAR floor plan, 360° panoramas and a virtual tour, all inside our client's app and under their brand.
It is built for software companies that sell property measurement, appraisal and inspection to banks, appraisers and public bodies, and that have a mobile and web product but no computer-vision or AR engineers.
Capture runs in the client's iOS app, editing in their admin and publishing on their own domain. Their users never leave for a third-party player, and the data stays theirs.
For agencies that want a ready-made app instead of an SDK, the same capture is available as TNF360 on the App Store.

Cloud processing meant users only found a bad angle the next day, after they had left the property.
Panoramas are stitched in real time on the phone itself, with no cloud round-trip, so the user checks every angle and re-shoots on the spot.
Floor plans and virtual tours usually need two tools, two visits and panoramas placed on the plan by hand.
One capture session produces both the LiDAR floor plan and the tour, and the panoramas position themselves on the plan automatically.
Clients can't send their users to a third-party player, and they have no computer-vision engineers to build capture themselves.
A white-label iOS SDK, a Web SDK and a Server API on one data model, integrated in four weeks with direct access to the engineers who wrote the core algorithms.
Homes, people and documents show up in the captures, and the data has to stay in the client's region and under their control.
